For the required $ 10,000, the car owner will receive a significant increase in the speed characteristics of the Tesla P90D. The electric car will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 2.8 seconds (10 percent faster than the “normal” model offers), and also 20 percent faster than 250 kilometers per hour, compared with the standard version of Model S.
However, it is worth considering that the cost of $ 10,000 does not include tax and the cost of labor for updating. To install the update, the owner of the car will have to deliver it to the nearest authorized dealer center of the company. Therefore, before buying an update directly, Tesla advises phoning local services and finding out the final cost of the work. Most interestingly, some sources note that at the moment the “officials” themselves are not yet aware of how much such work will cost, so in the near future they expect additional information from the head center.
