The Uber company, which made the mobile app of the same name for searching, calling and paying for a taxi or private drivers, is also thinking over other, more interesting things. The other day, Jeff Holden from Uber said that the company is working to create some kind of hybrid flying vehicle capable of making small flights, moving through the air in the manner of an airplane, and vertically, like a helicopter, take off and land.
“Flights,” added Holden, “are too obvious, so it would be foolish not to pay attention to this way of transporting passengers.”
